Refund policy

 

At Layla's Clubhouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags or packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. This fee does not apply if the return is due to a shipping error on our part or if the item does not meet condition expectations.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, clearance items, and personalized/customized products are non-refundable.
